Aim: to see what will happen if you mix milk and dish washing liquid.


Hypothesis: 
i think that when you mix the milk and the dish washing liquid together it will turn a lighter green and they will mix together.


Equipment
plate
full fat milk
dish washing liquid
cotton bud
three different types of food colouring

method:
we did a step by step experiment:
1. We poured milk into a plate
2.We poured three drops of different coloured food colouring into the milk
3. We dipped a cotton bud into dish washing liquid
4. We put the cotton bud into the milk

observation:
when we put  the cotton bud into the milk, the food colouring spread to the side of the plate


conclusion: 
The milk had fat in it, which dish washing liquid breaks down. When the cotton bud when in the milk the fat moved away from the rest of the milk.
